The flat will be delivered to you furnished and equipped with everything that the manager is using for the short-term rental business. As you can see by clicking the link on the photo that refers you to the main international portals (Airbnb, Booking and Expedia), the houses are presented furnished and ready to be lived in for short or long stays.

Of course, after the purchase you will be free to use the flat as you see fit: as a dwelling, but renouncing the rents you see in the description, or by managing it yourself; if you prefer, you can keep the management agreement in place at the time.

In case you are interested in putting the property into income, you can decide whether to keep the agreement with the Property Manager who managed the flat until the time of your purchase: it is a free, annual and renewable contract.

From the moment that you have title to the property and thus at the moment that the sales agreement is signed, you will start receiving transfers relating to future stays in your new flat.
