The flat will be delivered to you furnished and equipped with everything that the manager is using for the short-term rental business. Can I just buy the flat without any management obligation?
Of course, after the purchase you will be free to use the flat as you see fit: as a dwelling, but renouncing the rents you see in the description, or by managing it yourself; if you prefer, you can keep the management agreement in place at the time.
How does the management contract work?
If you are interested in putting the property into income, you can decide whether to keep the agreement with the Property Manager who managed the flat until you bought it: it is a free, annual and renewable contract.
When do I start collecting income from short-term rentals?
